Leasing office/ Maintenance team is always so Helpful!. Building is always clean, quiet, and most of all it’s never a hassle getting your packages. The beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water is so breathtaking. “Especially when the sun is going down” My experience so far living at 1305 Dock street has been nothing short of amazing.

Had a great experience with the staff here! Matt was so helpful and eager to answer all of my questions, there was another employee there as well that was so sweet and very Informative, I believe her name was Olivia. Beautiful building and very competent office staff !

I have lived here for almost 3 years now, and have really enjoyed it. The apartments and building are really nice and dog friendly, and the location can’t be beat (a minute or two walk to Whole Foods, right on the waterfront promenade, and super close to all the restaurants/bars in Harbor East and Fells Point). The building is also really secure and I have felt really safe living here.
