Ringing in the New Year with Baltimore’s Trainers

If you’re looking for personalized, stylized, and guided workout regimens, we recommend seeking out a personal trainer. Below are details on some of Baltimore’s best trainers and instructors: Tim Rider, Kelly Berger, and Marissa Walch. —

Meet Tim Rider

Tim Rider is a fitness coach specializing in weightlifting, as well as speed and agility training.
