Korean fried chicken is the specialty of the house at newly opened JAZZ SOJU, and although new to the Baltimore food scene, it has already perfected its mix of interesting food and drinks. Making a trip just for the signature wings is well worth it. They're double fried to order and brushed with a savory sauce, making them dangerously crispy and addictive.
It's great to bring a crowd to JAZZ SOJU so that you can split the wings and leave plenty of room for their other dishes. The bulgogi and bibimbap are two more signature dishes, and they also serve sushi, noodle and rice dishes and inventive sharable plates. Stop in for lunch on the weekdays for unbeatable prices on hearty bowls and vegetarian delights, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself walking out with another order of wings.
JAZZ SOJU is open seven days a week, and is also a happy hour hot spot Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
