Charleston Restaurant receives rave reviews year-round for its upscale American cuisine, which is always infused with a French influence. This Mother's Day, however, the menu is getting a special makeover for 24 hours only. From noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 13th, Chef Wolf will serve up a special prix-fixe menu in honor of Baltimore's many dedicated mothers.
Call ahead to reserve your table ($79 per person) and enjoy this special feast on Mother's Day. The four-course meal begins with a light bite. Pick from options such as she-crab soup, tuna tartare, or fried green tomatoes. Then choose a salad or veggie dish, like the asparagus with goat cheese and citrus oil. For the third course, dig into your entree, perhaps the pan-roasted sea scallops, the pomegranate grilled quail, or the braised beef short rib. As the final course, enjoy a light slice of strawberry shortcake or try the lemon cheesecake with mixed berry compote and blueberry meringues.
